1. Head, Credit and Marketing
Job Title: Head, Credit and Marketing
Reports to: Managing Director/CEO
Location: Auchi
Job Summary:
The Head, Credit and Marketing is responsible for supporting and championing the development and implementation of the bank's credit and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and profitability. This position oversees the credit and marketing functions, ensuring effective risk management and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures.
* Oversee credit appraisal, approval, and disbursement processes.
* Manage credit risk and maintain portfolio quality.
* Support development and execution of marketing strategies to attract new customers.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and partners.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
* Provide leadership to the credit and marketing teams.
* Prepare and manage budgets for credit and marketing departments.
* Prepare and present regular credit and marketing report for internal & external (regulatory) consumption.
Requirements:
* First degree (HND, BSC or its equivalent) in any of the social sciences or related field.
* NYSC Certificate.
* Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
* At least 6 years’ cognate experience in the banking industry. The candidate must possess strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management.
* Strong knowledge of credit and marketing principles.

2. Credit Analyst
Job Title: Credit Analyst
Reports to: Head, Credit and Marketing
Location: Auchi
Job Summary:
The Credit Analyst is responsible for analyzing loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and recommending credit decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze financial statements, business plans, and credit reports of new and existing client.
* Conduct site visits and interviews with loan applicants.
* Assess credit risk and recommend loan approvals or rejections.
* Monitor loan portfolio performance and identify potential risks.
* Prepare credit reports and presentations for management.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files.
* Prepare and present regular and periodic credit and marketing report for internal & external (regulatory) stakeholders.
Requirements:
* First degree (HND, BSC or its equivalent) in any of the social sciences or related field.
* NYSC Certificate.
* Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
* At least 3 years of cognate experience in credit analysis or related field with a microfinance bank.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of financial statement analysis and credit principles.
* Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management.
3. Accounts Officer
Job Title: Accounts Officer
Reports to: Financial Controller

Job Summary:
The Accounts Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain general ledger, journals, and other financial records.
* Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
* Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
* Prepare and file necessary tax returns
* Prepare and submit monthly proofing of General ledger accounts.
Requirements:
* First degree (HND, BSC or its equivalent) in any of the social sciences or related field.
* NYSC Certificate.
* Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
* At least 3 years of experience in accounting or related field. A professional accounting qualification would be an added advantage.
* Knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IFRS).

4. Internal Audit/Control Officer
Job Title: Internal Audit/Control Officer
Reports to: Audit Committee/Board of Directors

Job Summary:
The Internal Audit/Control Officer is responsible for conducting internal audits, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct internal audits of bank operations and financial transactions.
* Identify and report on control weaknesses and risks.
* Support the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.

Job Title: Risk/Compliance Officer

Job Summary:
The Risk/Compliance Officer is responsible for identifying and managing risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the bank's risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and assess risks (credit, operational, market, and regulatory).
* Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
* Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Conduct risk-based audits and reviews.
* Develop and maintain the bank's compliance manual.
* Provide training on risk management and compliance
Requirements:
* First degree (HND, BSC or its equivalent) in accounting or any of the social sciences related courses.
* NYSC Certificate.
* Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.

6. Admin Officer
Job Title: Admin Officer

Job Summary:
The Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and providing support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records (e.g., personnel files, leave records).
2. Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
3. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
4. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Operations Support:
1. Manage the bank's mail and courier services.
2. Coordinate maintenance of bank premises and equipment.
3. Ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits.
Human Resources Support:
1. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
2. Maintain employee records and update HR database.
3. Process staff leave, attendance, and benefits.
4. Coordinate employee events and activities.
5. Provide support for performance management and appraisal processes.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the bank's organizational chart.
2. Manage the bank's telephone and email systems.
